Zalé reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders where misuse, fraud, abuse, harassment, or suspicious activity is detected.

3. Orders

Orders may be placed directly through zaleparis.com.

Order confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

  • Shipping address,
  • Email address,
  • Phone number.

Zalé shall not be held liable for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability,
  • Pricing or technical errors,
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions,
  • Abusive or bad-faith behavior.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

Products remain the property of Zalé until full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Zalé reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will be charged at the price displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss, theft, delay, or damage passes to the customer to the extent permitted under applicable Lebanese laws and international commercial practices.

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect item within 24 hours of receipt by contacting:

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Zalé is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs,
  • Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier,
  • Incorrect addresses submitted by customers,
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by destination countries.

6. Return & Refund Policy

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or whose seal or packaging has been broken cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, and intact products returned in their original packaging within 14 days from delivery.

In the event of a defective product or an order fulfillment error caused by Zalé, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product,
  • Offer store credit,
  • Or issue a full or partial refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

Zalé reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund or exchange request.

7. Privacy & Personal Data

Zalé is committed to protecting customer privacy and handling personal information responsibly in accordance with applicable Lebanese regulations and internationally recognized data protection standards, including principles inspired by GDPR for European customers where applicable.

Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients and usage instructions before use.

Zalé’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

All website content including, but not limited to:

  • Branding,
  • Graphics,

  • Trademarks,

are the exclusive property of Zalé or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Website Availability & Modifications

Zalé reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Any modifications become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Orders already confirmed before modifications remain governed by the Terms applicable at the time of purchase.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access and reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from the use of the website, purchases, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence provide otherwise.
